Aircheck AutopilotNetwork pilot forming

Verification of baked-in podcast ads for independent networks.

For independent podcast networks selling baked-in and host-read podcast ads — the buyer the spec names is the network's ad-ops lead: Aircheck Autopilot checks each published episode against its campaign contract — the copy points, the promo code and URL, the placement, and the exclusivity terms — on the episode records and transcripts your network provides, assembles the proof record for advertisers, and opens every miss in a makegood ledger. No audio is listened to or analyzed by Aircheck Autopilot: this is a records-based verification desk.

How it works

  1. Set out the shows and campaigns — advertiser, flight dates, contracted placement, copy-point checklist, promo code and URL, exclusivity terms, and contracted episode count
  2. Provide the episode record for each published episode — the episode record or transcript your network supplies for that episode; every check runs on the records you provide
  3. Run the check on that record — each copy point ticked, the promo code and URL correct, the placement matching the contract, and no competing advertiser present — and the episode reads Verified, or Miss with each failed element listed
  4. Assemble the proof record — verified airings form the printable advertiser proof record, produced for your network to use; Aircheck Autopilot does not contact advertisers, hosts, or platforms
  5. Open every Miss in the makegood ledger — Owed, then Scheduled, then Delivered, linked to the carrying episode — and reconcile campaign fulfillment: contracted reads against verified delivered reads

The campaign — what the contract requires

A campaign starts from the contract itself. For each campaign the network sets out the advertiser, the flight dates, the contracted placement, the copy-point checklist, the promo code and URL, the exclusivity terms, and the contracted episode count.

Every check that follows runs against those requirements and nothing else — the requirements the network contracted for, as the network set them out.

The check — per published episode, on the records you provide

For each published episode, the check works the contract on the episode record you provide — the episode record or transcript your network supplies for that episode.

Each element of the contract is checked on that record, and the episode reads Verified, or Miss with each failed element listed.

No audio is listened to or analyzed — the settled rule

This is settled, and it is stated plainly: no audio is listened to or analyzed by Aircheck Autopilot, and none is claimed to be. Every check runs on episode records and transcripts you provide.

Whatever the product name says, today's product is a records-based verification desk — not a device or service that hears an episode. Automated listening is the live product's later step; it is labeled not connected, and it is not part of today's product.

The proof record — assembled for advertisers, for your network to use

Verified airings form the printable advertiser proof record, with proof-clip timestamp references as the spec frames them — the documented record of what was contracted and what the check verified, assembled for advertisers.

Proof-clip auto-cutting is not built: no clips are cut, and the proof record is the documented record itself. Aircheck Autopilot does not contact advertisers, hosts, or platforms — the proof record is produced for your network to use, in your network's own way.

Misses — the makegood ledger

Every Miss opens a makegood in the ledger, linked to the episode that carried the miss. The ledger tracks the makegood through its standings, and campaign fulfillment reconciles contracted reads against verified delivered reads, so a shortfall is visible in numbers, not in memory.

Makegoods are tracked in the ledger, never promised to be secured. Aircheck Autopilot does not contact advertisers, hosts, or platforms about a miss or a makegood — the ledger is your network's record to act on.

Where it stands — the honest state

Aircheck Autopilot is forming its first network pilot group now. The door below is a network pilot application — applying starts a pilot conversation; it does not create an account, and it is not a sign-up for a running service.

No audio is listened to or analyzed, and none is claimed to be: checks run on episode records and transcripts you provide. Automated listening is a later step, not connected today — today's product is a records-based verification desk.

Proof-clip auto-cutting is not built. The proof record is the documented record described above; no clips are cut.

Aircheck Autopilot does not contact advertisers, hosts, or platforms. The proof record is produced for your network to use, and makegoods are tracked in the ledger — never promised to be secured.

No price has been set for this door. Prices exist in our market research as hypotheses; they have not been validated and they have not been decided, so no price is shown here and there is nothing to buy on this page.

Network pilot application

This is a network pilot application — an application to join Aircheck Autopilot's first network pilot group, not an account sign-up and not a purchase. Tell us who to reach, your network or company, and how many shows are on the network. If you like, tell us how many episodes you publish per month, and how you verify ads ran correctly today. We will be in touch about the pilot group.

Application saved — thank you. Your network is in the pilot application queue, and we will be in touch about the pilot group. No account was created.
