For contract broiler growers — broiler growers under contract with an integrator: per flock, Broiler Settlement Verification verifies the integrator's settlement sheet against the grower's own tickets, placement, and condemnation records and the growing arrangement they signed — and assembles a cited discrepancy packet when the numbers disagree. All terms and records are the grower's own entries, and the check is arithmetic against the grower's own records — not legal advice.
How it works
- Start the flock record — placement, birds, and integrator, with the growing arrangement's terms entered from the grower's own signed arrangement; the product never invents growing-arrangement terms
- Enter the grower's own records for the flock — feed tickets, placement confirmation, mortality and condemnations, and harvest weights, entered by the grower; document intake for real settlement sheets and tickets is not built, so records enter only as the grower's own entries
- Enter the settlement sheet line by line, as it was issued
- Expected pay is recomputed from the arrangement's base rate and the entered weights and counts
- Every line is compared — every discrepancy is listed with the difference and the contract term or record it rests on
- The discrepancy packet is assembled for the grower — a printable packet with the dollar total of the discrepancies; the product sends nothing to any integrator
The flock record — your own terms, your own records
Each flock carries its own record: placement, birds, and integrator, with the growing arrangement's terms entered from the grower's own signed arrangement. All terms and records in Broiler Settlement Verification are the grower's own entries — the product never invents growing-arrangement terms, and a record holds exactly what the grower entered from their own arrangement and their own records.
Against that flock record, the grower's own records for the flock are entered: feed tickets, placement confirmation, mortality and condemnations, and harvest weights. Those entered records are what the settlement sheet is checked against.
- Placement, birds, and integrator
- Growing arrangement terms, entered from the grower's own signed arrangement
- Feed tickets
- Placement confirmation
- Mortality and condemnations
- Harvest weights
The check — arithmetic against your own records, not legal advice
The settlement sheet is entered line by line, as it was issued. Expected pay is then recomputed from the arrangement's base rate and the entered weights and counts, and every line is compared against that recomputation and against the entered records.
Every discrepancy is listed with the difference and the contract term or record it rests on — cited, not just flagged. A line that agrees is not listed as a discrepancy.
The check is arithmetic against the grower's own records. It is not legal advice: it shows where the entered numbers disagree, with the citation for each disagreement, and it makes no ruling about what an arrangement means.
Your records only — no other grower's data exists here
No tournament standings or other growers' data exist in Broiler Settlement Verification. The product holds only the grower's own entries — their arrangement terms, their tickets, their placement and condemnation records, and their settlement sheets — and it never compares a grower to any other grower.
That is settled: there is no other grower's record in the product to compare against, and no standings of any kind are kept or shown.
The discrepancy packet — assembled for you, sent nowhere
When the numbers disagree, the product assembles a discrepancy packet: every discrepancy, its difference, and the contract term or record each one rests on, with the dollar total of the discrepancies. The packet is printable, and it is assembled for the grower.
The packet is assembled for the grower — the product does not send it to any integrator, does not contact an integrator, and does not dispute anything on the grower's behalf. What the grower does with the packet is the grower's own decision.
Where it stands — the honest state
Broiler Settlement Verification is forming its first grower pilot group now. The door below is a grower pilot application — applying starts a pilot conversation; it does not create an account, and it is not a sign-up for a running service.
Document intake for real settlement sheets and tickets (scans/photos) is not built. Records enter as the grower's own entries today — the grower enters their arrangement terms, their tickets, placement and condemnation records, and the settlement sheet line by line, as described above. No sheet or ticket is read in on its own.
The discrepancy packet is assembled for the grower, and the product sends nothing to any integrator. No recovery is promised: the check and the packet promise no money back, no corrected settlement, and no won dispute — they show the arithmetic and the citations, and nothing more.
No price has been set. A price range exists in our market research as a hypothesis; it has not been validated and it has not been decided, so no price is shown here and there is nothing to buy on this page.
Grower pilot application
This is a grower pilot application — an application to join Broiler Settlement Verification's first grower pilot group, not an account sign-up and not a purchase. Tell us who to reach, your farm or operation, and how many flocks you run per year. If you like, tell us how many houses you have, and how you check settlement sheets today. We will be in touch about the pilot group.
