For co-hosts and short-term-rental management companies with 5–200 units, adding roughly 2+ doors per month — the segment hiring onboarding coordinators today: DoorLaunch runs a vacation-rental manager's new-property launch end to end, from the signed management agreement to the launch verification gate — chasing the owner for documents, turning the walkthrough into inventory, a cleaner checklist, guidebook facts, and listing assets, and checking that the PMS, pricing, locks, and cleaner assignment are set before the first guest can book, on your own confirmations as the verification section below states plainly.
How it works
- Create the launch from the signed management agreement — the property, the owner, and the target live date; the launch enters the pipeline: Agreement, Owner intake, Walkthrough, Setup, Launch-verified
- Work the owner intake — the owner document chase list shows what is required and what has been received, with the outstanding items aged; DoorLaunch tracks the chase, and you chase the owner by your own process today, because owner magic-link delivery and document storage do not exist in DoorLaunch
- Turn the walkthrough into launch assets — walkthrough capture assembled into the inventory, the cleaner checklist, the guidebook facts, and an editable listing draft built only from facts entered; walkthrough photo and video handling at scale is not built
- Work the setup — the PMS record, pricing, the lock, and the cleaner assignment are worked as setup items in the pipeline, ready for the verification gate
- Pass the launch verification gate — each item confirmed by your own entry, with the method recorded: the PMS record and its sync status, pricing active, a lock code created, the cleaner assigned, and the listing live per channel; go-live is refused until every item passes, with exceptions listed — every confirmation is user-entered, because DoorLaunch is not connected to any PMS, pricing, lock, or channel system
- Watch the board — launches by stage and target date, with days in stage and days to target for each launch
The launch pipeline — one launch, end to end
Every launch moves through one pipeline: Agreement, then Owner intake, then Walkthrough, then Setup, then Launch-verified. The launch is created from the signed management agreement — the property, the owner, and the target live date — and each stage is tracked with days in stage and days to target, so where a launch stands is a fact on the board, not a memory.
The board shows launches by stage and by target date. A launch that sits too long in one stage is visible as exactly that — its days in stage against its days to target — before the target date is missed.
- Agreement
- Owner intake
- Walkthrough
- Setup

The owner document chase — tracked here, chased by you
For each launch, DoorLaunch keeps the owner document chase list: the documents required for that property, set against the documents received, with the outstanding items aged — required minus received, and how long each outstanding item has been outstanding. The chase list is the record of the chase: what is still owed, and for how long.
The chasing itself is yours today. Owner magic-link delivery does not exist in DoorLaunch, and document storage does not exist in DoorLaunch: owners receive no link from DoorLaunch, and owners do not upload documents through DoorLaunch. You chase the owner by your own process, as you do today, and DoorLaunch tracks the chase — the list, what has arrived, and what is still outstanding.
The walkthrough — turned into launch assets
The walkthrough is where a property becomes launch material. Walkthrough capture is assembled into the launch assets the first guest and the first clean depend on: the inventory, the cleaner checklist, the guidebook facts, and an editable listing draft — the draft built only from facts entered, so the listing says only what the walkthrough established.
Walkthrough photo and video handling at scale is not built. The assets above are assembled from the walkthrough facts entered, in the flow described here — there is no at-scale photo or video pipeline in DoorLaunch today, and no asset is produced from a photo or a video on its own.
- Inventory
- Cleaner checklist
- Guidebook facts
- Editable listing draft — only from facts entered
The launch verification gate — confirmed by you, item by item
Before the first guest can book, the launch passes a verification gate. Each item is confirmed, with the method you used recorded beside the confirmation:
Go-live is refused until every item passes. Any item that has not passed stands on the launch as a listed exception — the gate does not pass a launch quietly with an item missing.
The settled honesty note, stated plainly: verification in DoorLaunch rests on user-entered confirmations. DoorLaunch is not connected to any PMS, pricing, lock, or channel system, and it does not check any external system on its own. A launch that passes the gate has passed on your confirmations, with your recorded methods — that is the whole of what Launch-verified means here. It is not a promise that a listing is live, bookable, or error-free on any channel.
- PMS record, and its sync status — as you confirm it
- Pricing active — as you confirm it
- Lock code created — as you confirm it
- Cleaner assigned — as you confirm it
- Listing live per channel — as you confirm it, channel by channel
Where it stands — the honest state
DoorLaunch is forming its first manager pilot group now. The door below is a manager pilot application — applying starts a pilot conversation; it does not create an account, and it is not a sign-up for a running service.
Verification rests on user-entered confirmations. Real PMS, pricing, lock, and channel connections for checking those systems directly do not exist in DoorLaunch — no such system is connected, and nothing is checked in any external system on its own. Until those connections exist, your confirmations, with your recorded methods, are what the verification gate stands on.
Owner magic-link delivery and document storage do not exist. Owners are chased by your own process today, as described above; DoorLaunch tracks the chase and stores no owner documents. Walkthrough photo and video handling at scale is not built.
No price has been set. A price range exists in our market research as a hypothesis; it has not been validated and it has not been decided, so no price is shown here and there is nothing to buy on this page.
Manager pilot application
This is a manager pilot application — an application to join DoorLaunch's first manager pilot group, not an account sign-up and not a purchase. Tell us who to reach, your company, and how many doors you manage. If you like, tell us how many new launches you handle each month, and how you launch new properties today. We will be in touch about the pilot group.
