For small Shopify stores doing $10k–$100k a month (non-Plus plans). Members are recruited into one tight cluster at a time — stores sharing a life-moment or a complementary need, never competing with each other. Each store shows exactly one matched partner offer on its thank-you page and in its order-confirmation email. When a customer you sent buys at your partner, you earn a credit; when a customer you received buys from you, you spend one. Attribution runs on click and order codes only — no names, no emails, no addresses, no customer data of any kind passes between stores.
How it works
- Apply below and onboard in one sitting: eligibility check, your competitor and category blocks named before you see any match, your one offer approved word for word, and your baseline Meta CPA with the period it covers
- We hand-match you to one non-competing partner in your cluster. Every match is proposed to both stores and runs only with both approvals
- The partner's offer is placed by hand on your thank-you page and in your order-confirmation email — and yours on theirs. One offer on each surface, never a carousel, never a wall of offers
- A buyer who clicks carries a placement code identifying the two stores and the placement — never the buyer's name, email, or order details
- If that buyer buys, the order carries the code: the sending store earns one credit and the receiving store spends one. A refunded or charged-back order reverses the credit in full. Clicks with no purchase move no credit
- You receive your dashboard figures as a prepared report: customers sent, customers received, net credit balance, click and purchase conversion, and CAC saved against your own Meta CPA
Price: Starter $29/mo · Pro $79/mo (Sold direct, with the Exchange's own billing — not through the Shopify App Store. Stores join by application and approval into a cluster, not by self-serve install. Nothing is charged during the concierge test described below.)
The concierge test — first 30 days
The Exchange is validated by hand before anything is automated. For the first 30 days, matching is done by a person, placements are placed manually, settlement runs on a hand-kept ledger, and dashboard figures go out as prepared reports. There is no Shopify app, no automated embed, and no self-serve signup in this phase — that is deliberate: the concierge phase proves whether placements convert before any automation is built.
- Week 1 — Recruit: build the target list for the one Cluster One niche and onboard stores through all five onboarding steps
- Week 2 — Match by hand: propose matches pairwise with both approvals, place the first offers manually, and verify each live placement by viewing the thank-you flow and the email as a customer would
- Week 3 — Settle by hand: collect attributed orders by code weekly, settle credits on the manual ledger, and deliver each store's first CAC-saved figures with their inputs shown
- Week 4 — Decide: complete recruitment to the 30-store test, total the conversion evidence, and write the verdict against the kill line with the raw counts
Credits, not cash
One credit is one exchanged buyer. It is not currency, it is not redeemable for cash, and it is never sold separately.
- A customer you sent buys at your partner (paid, not refunded): you earn 1 credit, your partner spends 1 credit
- A customer you received buys from you: you spend 1 credit, the sending partner earns 1 credit
- A click with no purchase moves no credit — clicks are reported as conversion data only
- An order refunded or charged back reverses its credit in full, and the conversion is struck from the CAC-saved math
- Purchases by a store's own owner or staff are excluded — they earn and spend nothing
- Every ledger movement names the placement, the date, and the order code
The dashboard — and its honesty rule
Your report shows customers sent, customers received, net credit balance, placement click conversion, placement purchase conversion, and CAC saved versus your own recent Meta CPA. CAC saved is your received buyers multiplied by your own Meta CPA, minus what those buyers actually cost through the Exchange — the subscription is always subtracted, and gross and net are both shown.
The honesty rule is absolute: if you never enter a Meta CPA, no CAC-saved figure is shown — ever. The Exchange never invents that number. A month with zero received buyers reports $0 saved, not a projection.
The worked example from the Exchange's own design spec, with every input stated: a store whose own Meta CPA is $38.00 receives 22 buyers in a month on the $29 Starter plan. Those buyers would have cost 22 × $38.00 = $836.00 through Meta; through the Exchange they cost the $29.00 subscription. Net CAC saved: $807.00. This is an illustration of the math, not a result — no store has run through the Exchange yet.
Where it stands — the honest state
The first cluster is forming. Stores recruited so far: 0 of 30. Cluster One's niche has not been picked yet — that choice belongs to the founder, and recruitment opens the moment it is made. Applying below puts your store on the concierge list for Cluster One; it does not enroll you in anything live today, and no outreach or placement happens before the niche is picked.
The kill line is stated up front, in the open: the Exchange fails its test if 30 stores cannot be recruited in one niche, or if placements do not convert — where convert means attributed, paid, non-refunded purchases, not clicks, not compliments, not sign-ups. Either one ends it.

Tell us about your store. Hand-matching needs your category, your revenue band, and your one offer in your own words. Your Meta CPA is optional — it is the input your CAC-saved figure is computed from, and if you leave it blank no CAC-saved figure will ever be shown for your store. Nothing here asks for a password or store access.
